How do I remember to fit meditation into my day?

Audio Course Participant’s Question:  “I can’t seem to fit meditation into my day.  It’s only half an hour, and it’s not like I don’t have time, but I just keep forgetting. I try to do it in the mornings, but I either sleep in or I forget. So I tell myself I’ll do it when I come home but it’s the same. Something gets in the way or I forget. So I tell myself I’ll do it before i go to bed and I still forget. I even tied a bit of string around my finger the other day to remind me. Any hints?”

Mornings are the best I find..

  2. Yep, mornings are best, largely because each day has a momentum of events that cascade forward as the day goes on, and carry us with it, making it difficult to fit meditation in.
