My new book: Making Sense of Meditation

Well, it’s been a long time since my last post on this blog, reason being, I’ve been writing two books – the first volume of a memoir, titled ‘This Perfect Life: Building a Boy’, and a new, and final book about meditation – as you can see below.

As I say in the preface:

“I’ve written this book to be a kind of ‘survival manual’ for meditators – a companion to the information and lessons in ‘Being Still – Meditation That Makes Sense’.

the 36 chapters draw on the many articles I’ve written throughout the years, responding to questions and reflections I’ve received from meditators negotiating the pitfalls, traps and mind-tricks that can derail their practice – my purpose being, to encourage you to take personal command of what you’re doing, and how you’re doing it, and develop an intuitive understanding of the meditation process.”

I’ll list the contents below, so you can figure out it you’d like a copy.

The total cost is $24 AUD (incl. postage) ………………….
