“Some of my friends meditate. They do other methods and they keep telling me about all this stuff they experience. They see lights, colors and hear things, and one of them keeps telling me about how she gets in ‘the zone’ really easily.  And the trouble is, I’m nort getting any of that.  No lights, no colors or music.  Most of my time is spent just focusing on the breath and sometimes its really hard.  So what’s missing?  What am I doing wrong?”
