In meditation, sensations are everything, and everything should be contemplated as sensations – nameless, characterless and constantly changing. Sensations are life.  Life is sensations.  Everything else are the illusions we build out of sensations.

But more than that, sensations are the language of our body … and as such, they guide us in ways the mind cannot …

    Hi Roger.

    I am up to the Basic Meditation lesson and exercise..finding it really different to what I had tried before … still working out whether I am actually thinking about the sensations OR feeling them…
